Extremely friendly practice, my first appointment due to relocation to the area. All of the reception staff and the health care professional I saw on the day were attentive, caring and welcoming.

Couldn't do anything more. A positive experience.

Have to hang on a long time to speak to a receptionist . Not enough early morning or late appointments .

Poor stock of dressing nurses have to improvise instead of having correct materials ( bandages ) todo proper dressings. Second time I’ve had this for different wounds. Nurses haven to apologise for this .

My appointment was 45 minutes late, the doctor had out of date swabs that she had to throw in the bin, then she had to leave the room to find swabs in date. I wasn’t given many clear answer and was told that basically going on the coil is my only option. When I said I didn’t want the coil I was told to think about it, I was told if I was Referred back to the hospital they would only tell me the same. Nothing was mentioned about taking a blood test until my mum explained my nan went through early menopause, was really let down by my treatment.

Listen to your patient and listen when they tell you they do not want something.

I did have to wait for an appointment but I was happy with that. GP was lovely and listened to my concerns. Receptions were professional and kind.

I hadn’t visited the surgery for a while before my visit , but I feel we are extremely fortunate to have good caring Gps and good receptionist a clean surgery, overall happy.
